2. Orders and Conclusion of Contract

A binding agreement is formed upon our explicit acceptance of the order or upon dispatch of the ordered items.
3. Shipping, Logistics, and Delivery Risk
We serve customers across the European region in collaboration with professional carrier partners including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority services.
- Standard Delivery Window: Estimated standard transport time is approximately 5 to 8 working days.

5. Liability and Statutory Warranty
